The American public is not buying the rightwing's whining and crying.

New Washington Post/ABC News poll is out.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv...T2009033103841

1) Obama rates a 66% approval rating
2) 60% agree with his handling of the economy
3) 42% think the country is on the right track, up from 19% in January.
4) Do you think the nation's economy is getting better, getting worse or staying the same? It's up to 29%, which is up 13 points in just two weeks.

I thought Obama inherited all of that?

Is he claiming "it" is his now?

Obama is doing exactly the right thing; not engaging the blowhards and letting the GOP consume each other without having to lift a finger.

i don't like obama, but mccain sucked too. They picked the worst candidates
Clinton would've been better than either of them.
I don't think the economy is gonna get better very soon (thats what all the pros are saying)
I just think obama is fake.

If you inherit a fiscal crisis you cannot work to fix it??? ...That's odd reasoning.

Adults take the hand that's given them and work to clean the mess up.

Step aside while the majority of Americans support the President as he works to clean up the GOP's great idea

to "DEREGULATE" corporate America.

What was it Obama said about Rush Limbaugh? Not engaging the blowhards? Why he was told to do that about Limbaugh by James Carville and it has backfired on him bigtime. I think you are kidding yourself but keep it up as it will help those who you seem to hate.

No, he is claiming his policies are helping to cure the problems he did in fact "inherit" Come on, you cannot deny this country was a complete mess when the man took over just 2 1/2 months ago. Hell, we are still in a mess. But he has every right to claim any measure that either helps or hurts us from here on out. I mean we all know, just because you didn't make the mess doesn't mean you won't have to clean it up. Ask any mom, they'll tell ya.

How has it backfired? Obama's poll numbers are steller.

Most Americans despise Limbaugh, most GOPers love Limbaugh.....let the American public know this..

Sound like a good plan to me.

He's following the time-honored political tradition of not interrupting his opponents while they are busy committing suicide.

Besides - he's a busy man.
