I am FAR from embarassed. I watched the news while he and Michelle interacted with people who had previously been our enemies, I was proud of them.

Gordon Brown: Always an ally of America, since the days of Thatcher, Major, Blair and even if Cameron becomes the next PM

Sarko: Tried his best to befriend Bush. The special holidays he spent at the ranch.

Angela Merkel: Natural friendship and good will with Bush and America in general. GW gave her a massage (BBC has the video)

Berlusconi: Die hard America lover. Best buddy of GW. Once broke a candle stand or something (BBC has the video) and loudly proclaimed, "that's how passionately I love our George as a friend"

Czech Prez <don't know his name>: blind supporter of anything American. Remember the missile shield?

Spanish Pres <no name again > another blind supporter of GW and America.

The King of Saudi: Who remembers the great kiss? <if not bowing down is not considered inimical>

Where are the enemies? Why are you guys creating enemies in retrospect?

There was only one. He was crazy and the French threw him and his PM out.

Only pure morons or deceitful triviots are "embarrassed." We had 8 years of Bush, and the bunch of them never spoke up. Now they have to search through thousands of glowing reports to find one like-minded triviot who agrees with them - and they jump up and down like monkeys with a new rubber toy.

They are minor league wingnuts with loser mentalities - the only thing they can do is try to create the impression that there is some comparison between President Obama and the fool who preceded him.

Get over it, you lose - America is not buying this stupidity. On average, America is much smarter than you guys.
