Islam has many different races,belong to different nations,have differing cultures...they do all believe in the Koran however as the actual word of God.
Can anyone tell me what significant contributions Muslims have made to the United States?
Well for one, there would be no United States without the Muslims. Without their technology and advances in astronomy, Europeans could not navigate across the ocean, and the Americas would never have been discovered.
While the nations of Europe were barbarian and suffering through the Dark Ages, the Muslims were the center of the world. They had universal healthcare, high levels of literacy and education, and incredible architecture. They made most of the advancements in math, technology, and science that Europeans (and Americans) would later expand upon.
The Muslims ran a peaceful empire, with only a handful of military interventions. It was only after European imperialism and Western dominance by FDR and Churchill in WWII did Middle Eastern nations become more aggressive towards Westerners.
And while these examples may not be exactly what you were looking for, it is important that we give them credit, despite the Euro-centric history we are taught in our schools.

This is a stupid argument, regardless, the term I used was "Ethnic Group" which applies here, not "ethnicity". And we are referring to Muslim Americans specifically.
