It appears they tried to capitalize on the name Obama. Not really racist in my personal opinion.

Are we sure this place isn't owned by an African immigrant named Obama? Wouldn't be that strange in Brooklyn.

The man who caused a stir by calling his fast-food restaurant Obama Fried Chicken no longer plans to change the name, despite a growing outcry from protesters who say the name conjures up disturbing racial stereotypes.
On Monday, about 20 people, including the Rev. Al Sharpton, protested outside the restaurant, at Rutland Road and Rockaway Parkway in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

The black "leaders" of this nation, primarily freaks like Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan and that "reverend" whats-his-name are the true racists in this nation. It's in their best interests to stoke up racial tensions so they can continue to feel important.

There is a special place in hell, in Satan's toilet for these men.

Mohammed Jabbar said the name was not meant to offend anyone but to pay homage to the president in the predominantly black part of town.

Jabbar, 33, a university instructor and lawyer in his native country of Bangledesh explained the owner's decision to rename the restaurant insisting he meant no harm and is a firm supporter of Obama, reports the New York Times. He thought is was a good idea because the people in the neighborhood "love" him and thought it would evoke a sense of pride.

I am glad he is not going to be bullied to change the name! Where are the Jacksons and Sharptons when a white person is being treated unfairly? Jenna 6 is a good example of how they have their priorities messed up and should just stay out of things! This is another!
