Rape statistics are iffy, as you will not always get a woman to admit she was raped.
Abortion is abortion whether it is 1 or 10, whatever the reason.
If you believe in a woman's right to have an abortion after failed BC, why would you not believe in a woman's right to have an abortion because she didn't use BC? An abortion is not exactly an easy or cheap form of birth control.

2nd. Can you not see the moral difference in someone trying to do the rigth thing (using BC of some sort) and there being an accident as opposed to someone not even caring about using BC or if they get pregnant and just having an abortion?
