For all the carping about past mistakes and miscalculations by previous office holders and greedy business executives leading us to the economic situation in which we now find ourselves, the Obama Administration seems Hell-bent to go on their own poorly planned misadventures in incompetency land. Why does the Obama administration seem to miss more than they catch? The Bush White House was calling for GSE oversight reform in 2001. If someone as "grossly incompetent" as GWB saw the writing on the wall for Fannie and Freddie years before it was a news item, Why can't the Oba-magoo Administration see what it directly in front it?
