Because democrats always promise a hand out, not a hand up. New Orleans is a perfect example.

Janeane Garofalo on Dissent - Then And Now - The Right Scoop

Here's a video of this hideous woman - dissent was just fine when the left were doing it - when the right does it, it's racism.

God, she's butt-ugly - inside and out.

I went to a tea party and didn't see any signs of racism or any anti-semitism. There was a lot against taxes, fair tax, reduce taxes, keeping guns. And a few against our wonderful governer. But the only one that I thought was really directed towards a group was one that was pushing class warfare. The only group I saw really targeted were those elected individuals who are spending our money.

The one is Lansing was very polite, nice and focused on being heard. And then I hear left wingers assign racist or mean names to the protesters and say that we hate other groups. What we hate is working for a buck and then giving 50 cents to another bum sitting there watch us work.

I went to school, paid for the education, found a job, a job, a job..... and then go to work. After that, the government sticks their hand out and takes my money before I even see it, and says that is their share for providing me oportunity to work. Then they find someone to give it to. And after I give them their 50% (fed, state, social sec., medicare, city, sales tax, property tax) and then donate another 6% to causes that I care about, they are taking more. This doesn't even count the share of taxes that are baked into every product you buy to pay for business taxes the governments collect.

This is why we need to support Huckabee and the Fair Tax. It will provide transparency to what you are really paying and in the spirit of this administration, transparency in this regard should be welcome. Comments?

Anybody who is gaging who was at the tea parties by watching ABC, CBS, or NBC, or the cable chanels CNN or MSNBC got a really biased cut. They really didn't pan across the crowds to see. I went, but have never been to a protest before. So, you can't categorize me as the typical ones who go and protest. And why did I protest. I see the government passing bills without reading them. Then crying that somebody is doing something that was actually permitted by the law they passed. Then the massive grab of individual and state rights is unconsitutional and nobody is stopping them yet.

I have a fervent belief that this country is only great and will only remain great as long as we hold individual rights over state rights. I'm not saying that we don't need some laws, but we keep infringing on the individual and outlawing more and more stuff. This is wrong. We need to be more tolerant of each other, a little more live and let live. It seems that the more liberal and socialist this nation gets, the less tolerant it is.

Let's ask the questions a different way. Who can better decide how to spend the money you have earned? You or me. I personally believe you can better decide what is best for your life, and I can decide for my life. Why do we keep giving more control to the governments to take our money and spend it on our behalf?

Reallize that 50% and sometimes more of all dollars given to the government to support social programs is spent in administration and doesn't even benefit the intended target. That would be like going to the grocery store, spend $100, then paying $200 to get it out the door. Makes a lot of sense. But that is what we as a nation are doing.

How can we stop the insanity?

Liberals uses race to defend an ideology that has no defense. Leftism falls flat on almost every issue (And before you lecture me on Europe, read up on their policies and you'll see not all is what it seems).

Jennie has to make it about race, becuase there is no argument to be had. Someone goes out and works and expects to keep most (not all) of what they have. Only the lazy and irresponsible believe otherwise.

she's an e list actress and a failure at everything she has ever done. she has never had sex, and I am pretty sure she doesn't shave her legs.

Garafolo is right. And whether she has had sex (she used to be Ben Stiller's girlfriend) or shaves her legs or not is rather irrelevant--but the kind of stupid comments one would expect from haters on the right.
