Exit polls: 78% of Jews voted for Obama
The question to ask is whether the citizens of Israel would vote for Obama.

Then on Thursday came the news that Mr Netanyahu's planned first meeting with President Obama in Washington next month had been called off.
Mr Netanyahu had hoped to capitalise on his attendance at the annual American Israel Public Affairs Committee conference in Washington to visit the White House.
But Administration officials informed Mr Netanyahu's office that the President would not be "in town".

Obama's stance worries Israelis | theage.com.au

guess he's too busy with his new bff.
Your making something out of nothing. There are ongoing scheduling changes in all administrations this is not something new...

This is clever dimplomacy. That picture of them together has now made it next to impossible for Chavez to talk BS about Obama and the USA. If he does, then that picture will reapear with his own people asking him why he was being so chummy with Obama if the USA is so bad.

Obama is taking a page from Reagan's playbook on how he transformed the Soviet Union and the rest of the eastern bloc by engaging with them. Trying to isolate Venezuela, Cuba, and Iran hasn't worked so its good to see the new President going back to a proven method; diplomacy.
