It's disturbing that they only uphold anything when a Democrat is in the White House. The rest of the time it's carte blanche. That's why they're not genuine enough to qualify even as extremists; they're just cynical and cheap hypocrites.

As with the Balanced Budget Amendment; that idea became unfashionable as soon as Bush was installed. Now that Obama is in, some people have suddenly decided that spending is out of control again; it's politically expedient but clearly not in the best interest of the US economy to become
miserly now. At least King George III had a valid excuse for mismanagement
of the government.

Again, I made the obvious wrong assumption.

I thought you had picked a side of the line so to speak by your statement. Wrong again.

Glad to know, and thank you.

Agreed agreed agreed. I share in this feeling. Which I suppose is why I was quick to anger. It honestly scares the crap out of me to think where we are.

Agreed.....again. sheesh...

This is the part where I thought you where trying to compare todays conservatives to the King Jame and todays Liberals as the revolutionary saviors. I think this is where I got fired up. My mistake again.

See above. I made this assumption based off of that.

At least we where on the same page from the start here.

I agree. Again, I apologize for my assumptions. Also for being so malicious in what I wrote.

No harm, no foul. I applaud your honesty and good manners. Peace.
