Don't forget that the right-wing is crumbling into irrelevancy before our eyes and taking what's left of the Republican Party with it. After having been wrong about absolutely everything for eight long dark years and putting up an unblemished record of disgrace and failure, they are being rejected and marginalized by mainstream America, and they know it. A few desperate spasms of pointless protest are to be expected as a natural part of the death process...
