IMO, because he was hoping to sleep with her in return.

"Too common" and "too folksy"? No.

Too stupid and too dishonest? Yep.

Because Romney is LDS, and many Christians consider it to be a cult. Instead the GOP tried to trump Hillary (an experienced and intelligent feminist) with
another woman (poorly educated, with limited experience and a family straight out of the Jerry Springer handbook). Neither were good choices, but
Romney would certainly have performed more suitably.

I'm not sure he would have won hands down. Romney's a Mormon--kind of far out there for many Americans. Plus, he's dull. And he really is as dull as he looks. This is the guy who strapped the family dog to the top of the car to take a long trip to a family vacation. He was governor of my state--and he wasn't that good. Romney is, frankly, a very weird guy.

We had a certain former President who was such a confirmed liar that he was impeached, but for some reason, that doesn't bother some people.

Yeah. Impeached for lying about getting a blowjob.

We also had a certain former President who lied to take the country to war, shredded the Constitution, and broke the economy. But watch the neo-cons ramp up their rage at ANY suggestion that he or members of his administration should be held accountable.

I can't imagine why. Even at her age, Cindy McCain is much better looking than Palin.

Seriously? I think Cindy McCain looks positively ravaged. Thin, botoxed, overly plastic surgeried (how's that for a string of non-words?), and anxious. I kind of feel sorry for her.
