More deceit and dishonesty. The Gang of Four briefings were the equivalent of receiving a National Security Letter. You couldn't talk to anyone about anything involved. The very fact that they existed was secret. As a matter of law, according to the administration, anyone who revealed any aspect of those briefings to anyone could have been prosecuted. The only avenue of protest was to send a classified complaint to the very people who were committing the torture to begin with. Despite claims by deceivers, Democrats did file such complaints. You can imagine what became of them.

Honesty and the Bush administration go together like El Salvador and blizzards. Just about anything Bush and Cheney said in the last 8 years just take the opposite of that and there's your truth.

Yeah but you have to remember what good old Bush said 10,000 times in the last 8 years. If you were against the Iraq war then you were un-American. If you didn't like Bush then you were un-American and you didn't love your country. Have you noticed how the Bush daughters didn't serve in Iraq? Since the Iraq war was a personal vendetta of Bush then the Bush daughters should have been the first ones to go to Iraq. I agree with Michael Moore. All the people in Congress that voted for the war should have sent their kids to Iraq before anyone else's kids.
