I don't think he's a moron for asking that question about same-sex marriage, and I don't think Miss California is a moron for answering it the way she did. What made it bad was his behavior after the pageant was over.
Agreed.... and the plastic surgery before the pageant. Maybe at the next pageant they should award points for the best lift/tummy tuck/implant.

Well, that's you. Not everyone thinks like you.

Using your logic, you must also believe that straight females should be banned from judging Miss America contests. I guess the only judges should be straight men and lesbians.

Sadder to me is that many look at Perez Hilton and believe that he represents all gay people, but maybe that's just the reality for those who are ignorant about a certain group.

Nothing would get done - the straight men would be too busy fantasizing about the lesbians

I don't see the gay community embracing Perez Hilton at all. Quite the contrary. What - do you want gay people to start making public statements saying they don't support Perez Hilton?

They practically do that now without actually saying it.

Banned? No. I just don't really get why a straight woman would want to do that. It doesn't concern me all that much because I think pageants in general are rather stupid. I just always thought there was supposed to be some sexual spark in the judging of them. Maybe I took them the wrong way. If it was that offensive to suggest that Perez Hilton might not be the best judge at a female pageant, fine, I retract it.

He's still a total *******.
