Well I suppose it depends on the state set of one's breast prior to implantation and after, as well as the reasons behind the augmentation to begin with.
Oh no. I bet lots of guys would go for a penile enhancement if there was an effective procedure for it. And they would probably be doing it even more for themselves than a woman who has her breasts enlarged for herself.
LOL! Yeah, I bet they would.. Trust me, a woman would not have to ask if there was such a procedure..
I don't know, frankly. I'm straight, so it's not like it's something I spend much time thinking about--lol. I just think that if I were a guy, I'd much prefer "the real thing."
I don't think a lot of women realize how little men think about technical things like "bags of silicone". What matters more is how they feel and how much they arouse the guy.
exactly right. they don't think about bags of silicone any more than they think about bags of fat and connective tissue.
What makes you think there aren't effective surgeries for penile enlargment?? They do it all the time, they start with cutting a ligament in the groin and then tying a weight to the end of the penis and go from there.
Those procedures don't work very well, and often, the guys are not happy with the results. Many feel that they were better off before having any augmentation.

I just think men are MORE then happy and callous enough to find fault with the woman in their life and suggest that she get breast implants but most would roll up into a fetal ball if that same woman were to suggest that his equipment was too small too please her so please get some surgery.
Yeah, I can see that. I think men are more accustomed to objectifying women, so it would be a shock to have a woman make that suggestion.
Really? Why? Are women supposed to stop having fun and feeling sexy after age 30?
A woman doesn't need large breasts to have fun or to feel sexy. Isn't sex--for grown-ups, anyway--just as much about intimacy as appearance?
My sister used to be married to a paraplegic man. He once told her that he still got "turned on" and could even "climax"--it just happened in his head rather than in his body. I thought that was intriguing.

No, but how many of these women keep going and going with the enhancements? Most of them look terrible when its all said and done. If they would eat right, exercise and take care of themselves, then they wouldn't have so much to worry about. Seriously, how many really look great after these surgerys????
