CxDx2386 is on a distinguished road
I think it should be legalized. Its an herb that god put on this earth for a purpose. It's a plant, NOT a drug! It helps people with so much, and being arrested for Pot is ridiculous. It's not fair to those who really need it. It's legal in Amsterdam, You can go into a coffee shop and sit down and smoke it in public. You can go to California and it's legal, Why not make it legal everywhere else. You want an economy booster, there it is. Think about all the money this country could make from legalizing Marijuana!!!!!

You serious????Do you really believe it it were legalized that people will sell it out of their house. That makes no sense......If it were legalized it would be controlled and sold like alcohol is...in a state monitored type of store. I think it is now sold out of houses and I suppose on the streets.

it is mostly sold on the streets, grow houses, and school yards!

uh----just look at newtown--near your neighborhood-----controlling it by the government means nothing---oxycontin is controlled and you could probably by it 3 blocks from your house------alcohol is controlled----yet kids get it easily-----people WILL sell it out of their house---NO MORE JAIL TIME IF ITS LEGAL------know any cops supporting legalization????

30% of northport has grow houses---EVEN THOUGH ITS ILLEGAL

I've never met or heard of anyone selling alcohol out of their home. Never. Kids will find a way to get things. Illegality actually makes it easier for kids to get stuff.

IIRC, jail is certainly an option for those who furnish alcohol (and illegally obtained prescription drugs) to minors.

Oxycontin? The great majority of that isn't sold on the streets. People get it from doctors too willing to easily prescribe pain meds.
