Seperate whatever chemicals make it effective, put it in a pill, and let drs. prescribe it for serious issues; real depression, cancer treatment, etc. I bet if you took the 'fun' out of it, a lot less people would be interested in seeing it legalized.

I don't see any reason to put users in prison, but I think they should be a lot less tolerant with dealers. Get rid of the dealers and you'll have less users.

I also think there should be mandatory, monthly drug screenings for anyone on unemployment or any other government assistance. Come up hot, and no money. Do it twice, and you can't collect for any reason for five years and your kids go in foster care.

The bottom line is taxpayers would save billions of dollars, regardless of the precise figure per day.We all seem to agree on that!

I work in the medical field. Many individual chemicals are already seperated. We use it to stimulate appetite in depressed patients,AIDS patients...the elderly...etc...also helps with depression. It has been on the market at least 20 years!!!

I'm all for that if you take the 'fun' out of alcohol and tobacco too.

That's sort of like "arrest the prostitutes, not the johns." It's illogical.

While were at it, let's test everyone...anywhere/anytime!(element of surprise). We can test for all drugs....legal and illegal...alcohol too(it is a drug),prescription drugs...over the counter...cigarettes... morbid obesity(o.k. probably will not require a test).....intelligence ....aptitude....After we are through, I wanna start a new reality show, on MTV...I want to call it "The Empty World".lol..........

Since people keep bringing up the pill, I'd like to point out that patients can grow marijuana for free. Why make someone pay for something that they can have for free?
