I think it ought to be against the law for modelling agencies to take photos of minors in which a significant portion of their breasts or their genitals are revealed. And I'm sorry but this argument that you see as much on a beach is baloney. Maybe in Tahiti, but there is no public beach in America where girls run topless. The girl in this photo was clearly topless, even if she did cover her nipples with her arm.
IMO, a photographer who shoots a teenaged girl with nothing but an arm to cover the nipples, is still shooting soft porn. Just like a photographer taking a photo of my son's p*nis would be shooting porn, even if he put a hand in front of the tip of the p*nis. And I think it should be against the law to shoot soft porn photos of teenagers.
Well judging by the photo she's already lost her shirt, let's hope next she loses her crown. Her so called "family values" may think it's OK to scream, "I'm a Christian" and be against gay marriage, while trying to sweep her nudie pics under the rug but I hope the judges sees it differently. I think they can find a better person to represent the state of California.
Miley didn't sign up for Miss America and lie about doing nudity or partial nudity to the pageant. I don't know why your trying to compare the two. Though, personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with either of the photos.

Well, I don't quite agree with you here. I'm not a fan of the Miley Cyrus photo, and I don't think it's right for photographers to take photos like that of minors. But, at least she didn't try to lie about it, and at least it only shows her back. That is wacky logic. So we can't urge our kinds to strive for perfection since we aren't perfect? How about unsuccessful people urging their children to be successful?
