Since there are several grassroot efforts in place, and Schiff has declared that he is going to make a decision in the coming weeks, which candidate should he run against if he runs?

Note: I've included both CT and FL because it's uncertain as to where he'll live. If the rules don't allow a new State resident to run, I suppose it's only possible to run for a CT seat.
