All legislation is based on morality. What you can not do is legislate base don science. Science is observation and what is observed means nothing without interpretation which is based on a person's morals. Therefore you are wrong.
I'm thinking more like they'd like that person posted on the internet, you know how sex offenders are? Yeah, how great would that be? I wonder what the percentage of people would be on that? The site would be overloaded.
People would use that site to find their next booty call. Or their next husband or wife.
I thought it was illegal, just not enforced..sort of like it's illegal to have sex with the woman on top.
