Yes, but then again I believe anyone under the age of 18 should have a curfew, black, white, brown, red, yellow...EVERYONE.

Give me a break is your mentality that small that you could really believe that. I was only 8 years old and lived in Memphis , when Martin Luther King was killed. When John F. Kennedy was killed. Don't you mean if the whites had a curfew? Just wonder how things would have been if those two had lived?

I think high crime areas (not specifically black areas) should have more policing and some sort of curfew in place (because who really needs to be walking the streets at 1am). Crime is just out of control in our cities.
