Maybe you are thinking of the 60's with the big hair helmets and thick eye liner

you don't think they had on a ton of makeup and spent hours on their big hair? Do you think they roll out of bed looking like that? Give me a break. If they don't need as much tape to hold everything in the right place now, it is because they aren't real. They stay in place by themselves.

check out this picture, and tell me she's not wearing a ton of makeup.

I happen to agree with her but how many dam "bash the anti-gay believer" threads do we need on cd? People are allowed to disagree with you, and gays, that dont mean they are hateful individuals..
As for your garbage on "guns", again your wrong. Gay rights are a state issue, marriage also is a state issue, gun rights are a national issue. The constitution does not limit your rights, it grants them. Thats what it does, grants rights on a national level. Comparing this to denying peoples rights, something you seem to be all for, (right to speak) is the complete opposite of any amendment limiting gays from owning guns.
One gives a right, which your trying to take away, (freedom of speach), the other one takes a right away, i.e. taking guns from gays. Complete opposite..

WHAT??
the state constitutions never said man and woman when discussing marriage laws, it was CHANGED to say "limited to" in recent years in order to prevent gays from marrying..
I'm not advocating anything that you're accusing, in silencing an opinion, I also agree that groups like the KKK have a right to their opinion.
I don't understand how you've managed to take the fact that I disagree with her opinion and turn it into me wanting to silence her, I've expressed in every post that I believe she has a right to speak her opinion...
as for villifying... people with awful opinions that hurt other people villify themselves.. hence the KKK is is percieved poorly and villian-like, because of what their opinion is...
I don't understand how you can't recognize that an opinion which hurts people hurts itself in the end...

Can you really believe how the radical activist gays and the liberals have tried to destroy this girl's life - all because she answered a question that happened to not jive with their perspective.
Can any liberal stick to that issue and defend yourselves? How can you always be advocating for free speech and diversity of opinions, when you in fact believe NONE of that?

Is that a crime? How about the other girls in this pageant?
She is a beautiful young woman, with or without makeup.
But I can see why ugly, nasty, liberal feminists would hate her.

The STATE constitituions have NOTHING to do with the federal Constitution, try to stay focused.
Opinions hurt NO ONE.. Laws do, and STATE laws, have absolutely NOTHING to do with the federal law or the right to freely speak ones mind..
Dont even dare blame this one on Prejean, had liberals not jumped up and down and proclaimed her a hater, we wouldnt be talking about this right now.. She will ALWAYS be entitled to her right to disagree, PERIOD, and every attempt you, or others make to justify the liberal attacks that she had to face will NEVER be justifiable, and does more harm to the liberal adjenda than good. You move the "gay" movement back to a "fringe" movement, and people wonder why people vote "no" for the rights to marry.
Hell, you cant deal with her right now to disagree, imagine when it becomes law..

there is such thing as bigoted opinions.. they're opinions and people have rights to them, and I don't think they should be silenced or punished. in the end they punish themselves because while people are free to have their opinion, others are free to respond to those bigoted opinions.. and if that response means not getting a job or anything in the private sector, that's their perogative...
I certainly wouldn't expect to roll up to BYU being the "outspoken homosexaul" that I am..
and my opinions would render consequences if I was to subject myself to their influence...
I'm not understanding how people can say liberals are trying to silence her or are against free speech..
nobody is advocating her to go to jail, or be fined, or anything of that nature,
What if her opinion on abortion were pro-choice.. I would expect the same debate and attacks from the right, not to mention protests at every event she ever attends..
Seems righties are wanting to silence others from their opinions of HER and her opinion.. like somehow she should be able to say what she wants when she wants and nobody has a right to draw conclusions and their own opinions and right to speak out against hers!
you people have a wonderful way of twisting the issue.. and accuse others of doing exactly what you're doing... thankfully enough some people have more than two braincells and can suss out the ridiculousness from the reasoning...

Haha. I bet Rosie O'Donnell manages her signature look without makeup though. And she is one beautiful woman.
