First of all your stories are anecdotal. Second of all, Colombia has a high black population. Mexico does not.
The degree of interracial or inter-ethnic relationships does not necessarily mean racial or ethnic harmony in fact in many times the opposite.

Also your observation of Hispanic women do not bear out statistically. There have been studies done on the dating preferences of the races and ethnicities in regards to online dating. Basically all women except Black women have a strong preference for white men.
Frankly the fact that you may not see so many DR/PR women with white men may simply be that white men do not view these women as marriage material. After all in the case of Dominican women they have a significant degree of African ancestry and we know white men are least likely to marry black women. It doesn't necessarily mean that DR/PR women don't desire white men.
Interesting. So women have no agency. A lack of white mates isn't because she finds them unattractive- it is because white men don't want them.
I think it is pretty much mutual. It is a bit like the chicken or the egg.
Your theory basically means there is something inherently attractive about white males and a low dating/marrying rate with them is a sign of not being "marriage material"
I never experienced racism from a hispanic until i came to south florida....i just find it odd. Can someone explain it me or break it down to me like a 3 year old....
It's quite simple.
Minorities don't have power so they cannot be racist is the general cop-out. It's a politically correct backlash to the hardcore white-dominate racism of years past and the perception of persistent underlying racism in society today. (Which has some merit.)
This is one of the reasons you see the hate crime statistics and minority racial groups have a disproportionate volume of racial, orientation bias crime etc.
So, in some ways it might just be that since it's more socially acceptable....minorities are more VISIBLE in their racism while whites have been educated to be more racially sensitive (at least publically.)
Latin American countries have this weird racial system in place with whites on top and blacks on the bottom and immigrants from these countries bring those viewpoints with them into the US. Usually when White Americans are racist, it's not to due to skin color per se but cultural attributes/stereotypes.
