I do not think illegal aliens should be given Social Security and I do not think they are since they have no legit SS number BUT if they are given amnesty and legalized, then, like all other immigrants, if they work the required 40 quarters (10 years), they should be eligible for SS benefits. But that 10 years starts when they become legal and not retroactive to any wages earned while illegal.
