Default Social Security

We Hear Often That Social Security Is Running Out

How do you feel about the No Social Security for Illegal Immigrants Act of 2009 - HR 2287

HR 2287 would eliminate Social Security benefits for illegal aliens

Californians for Population Stabilization - ALERT! Legislation would eliminate Social Security benefits for illegal aliens!

Representative Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) has introduced the No Social Security for Illegal Immigrants Act of 2009. HR 2287 would prohibit wages earned while working illegally in this country from being credited towards Social Security benefits.

The Social Security system was designed to provide benefits for American workers and their families. Its intent was not to benefit those who break our immigration laws and labor laws.

To stop illegal immigration we must eliminate the jobs and benefits that attract new illegal aliens. This bill would amend the Social Security Act to "exclude from creditable wages and self-employment income wages earned for services by aliens illegally performed in the United States and self-employment income derived from a trade or business illegally conducted in the U.S."

Why would anyone be against this bill? Criminals who have no right to be here in the first place don't deserve a THING from us. Not a damn thing.

America's young voters should be pushing this bill the most. If Social Security goes under, they will be the ones hit.

Even Native Americans will agree against this BILL...

As of now, many illegal aliens are eligible for Social Security. It was voted in by the U.S. Senate.

Do your research to find out who voted to give Social Security to illegal aliens. It was across both party lines.

Below is about 2 years old.

"ILLEGALS GRANTED SOCIAL SECURITY"

That was a front-page headline in Friday's Washington Times. According to Times reporter Charlie Hurt, "The Senate voted yesterday to allow illegal aliens to collect Social Security benefits based on past illegal employment -- even if the job was obtained through forged or stolen documents."

I wonder what the "other" person wants. It would be very sad for anyone to be supportive of SS benefits for those who are not allowed to even breathe our air.

I think that SS should be taken from their checks, but they should not be able to collect. Let them pay into the system and let American citizens benefit.

Hell, I wish they'd pass a bill that says **I** won't get any Social Security benefits when **I** retire... and that they will stop taking SS "contributions" out of my check (and my employer's matching contributions) forthwith. All those "contributions" to be paid to me forthwith.

I can invest in a hell of a lot better retirement fund (or two) than the govt ever did on the best day it ever had.

"Social Security"...<snort>... the country's only legal Ponzi scheme, has defrauded more people out of more money than all the (other) sham artists in history, from Bernie Madoff on down.
