I would like to pay a lot less too. get the epa out of the oil market, and have states stop taxing the people on fuel too.

Air quality in the US is improving. There is no danger of any place in the US deteriorating into anything like China. It will continue as older vehicles are retired and replaced with newer, clean burning cars.

I guess you guys don't understand what PROPOSAL means ....Yeah $.09/gal is going to bankrupt me ....

Did any of you actually READ the article? My guess is no, all you read was Obama is going to raise gas prices, which, for the most part, isn't the case at all.

nah, I prefer the USA, but if you look at the feds stance concerning federal laws, then it should also be the same when paying taxes.
