I can dispute it quite easily. Iran is the Godfather of terrorist sponsoring nations, and Bush did not do one thing to battle that "terrorist harboring nation." In fact, Bush's cowardly hands-off policy encouraged Iran to continue its acts of terrorism and nuclear program and kill even more Americans.
