Not exactly. But they certaintly shouldnt be having any more kids when they cant take care of the ones they already have.

Surely you can at least agree with me on that?

No no no, I'm talking about the ones who have tons of kids, do not look for work, collect the checks, etc. The ones who all the haters on this forum are talking about.

Even Reagan admitted that "welfare queens" was deliberate hyperbole.

What would you like to do to "welfare queens"?

That you disagree with someone does not make you hateful.

I suggest the Chinese model: you are allowed one child with no penalty. A second and subsequent child subjects you ever increasing taxation.

The notion that someone should pay you for bearing children is absurd.

As Frazier stated some states only pay for 2 kids and some have a time limit on the number of years you can receive benefits. Job training is sometimes also offered to transition or help mothers gain skills and find a job. Making welfare a temporary fix and eliminating fraud is how "welfare queens" should be delt with.

Im all for the gov. providing birth control or sterilization also. Government should not forcibly control human reproduction be it forcing birth or forcing contraception.
