MLK might have been a sound clip - i do not know - but it is undeniable that he inspired a nation during some of its darkest hours.

I would take frederick douglass anyday.

Its hard to single out one as many have done some great things
Washington was our first and lead a charge as we established
John Adams - brought John Marshall to the supreme court which has an enduring legacy on us.
Jefferson - increased the size of our country
Lincoln - made the first effort towards civil rights and kept the nation together
Kennedy - brought about real civil right changes
Carter - brought more cooperation in the middle east, and was honest
Regan influenced the fall of the USSR but I don't think he actually caused it.
Obama - a first but we must see his term before judging either way. I suspect he will be pretty average.

Bush jr is the worse thing in history and a blight on the Constitution

Reagan is probably my favorite.

LBJ probably least favorite, with Carter and Obama following closely behind.

I'd say the BEST PERSON would be Carter, but he wasn't the BEST PRESIDENT. He was a good person in a tough world. I think I would have to say Abraham Lincoln was the best. He had a lot of tough issues to deal with and we came out as a better unified nation. I'm surprised that more haven't mentioned him.

I'd say the worst president would easily be George W. Bush because of his disregard of logic, bad decision making, and ability to feed the American citizens lies with no guilt. Reagan was pretty lame too, but nowhere near Bush.

At least GWB was relatively transparent with his stupidity. Ronald Reagan packaged it up in empty platitudes.
