Ask yourself this. Egypt receives the second largest $$$ amount in US aid, Israel is # 1, so, we sould cut off aid to Israel, but what about Egypt? Don't they still have a lack of human rights? Treat their women like crap? Maybe we should cut US aid to Egypt? we could save billions of dollars by cutting aid to both countries. We should just give all of that money to OPEC so the oil we buy from them doesn't rise above $25 a barrell.

How about we don't give money to either one and use the money for alternative sources of energy.

The answer is Yes, cut them off. Same goes for any other allies that show they will ignore what we do for them when we ask for something as small as this. Same goes for countries that we support that are openly hostile towards our nation.

We should not be sending foreign aid to other countires when so much is wrong here. If individuals want to give let them. When the government robs me of my money, the least they can do is spend it here.

All US presidents have asked Israel to stop building them, but only one US president has said he will quit aid to Israel and that was Bush Sr.
Until it stops living like a still-adolescent trustafarian on US gentile taxpayer aid, it will never grow up into its own nation, and learn to function like an adult with its neighbors.
As long as rich daddy USA is there to back them up, they have no incentive to change.

We should cut off all aid until we can afford to help these other countries. You don't see me going into debt to feed the homeless do you? Then why should our government do the same?
