According to the following article, it is only a matter of time before North Korea will have the ability to put an Armed NUKE on a Missile and aim it at Japan or South Korea and tell the world that unless it does something it will send it. You are the President of the United States, what should be done?
In that scenario, I would suppose that a missile shield would have to be put in place in South Korea and Japan, and then the U.N. would have to take action to account for and confiscate any nuclear weapons produced by North Korea (I'm not an interventionist, but nuclear terrorism is unacceptable), and North Korea's nuclear weapons production facilities would have to be decommissioned (by air strike, if necessary).

Why would they aim a missile at Hawaii or Alaska?????
Lol, I agree. That would be a waste in more ways then one . If someone was going to use nukes on the U.S. it would be a populated city or a strategic location.
That would be the end of North Korea and the beginning of a unified Korea.
