According to the following article, it is only a matter of time before North Korea will have the ability to put an Armed NUKE on a Missile and aim it at Japan or South Korea and tell the world that unless it does something it will send it. You are the President of the United States, what should be done?

(Think it is Japan's problem, not likely we are in a global economy)

Maybe North Korea will demand a 100 Billion Dollars or something else. Needless to say with the strength it will have it can act like a real bully.

Iran will have the same power by 2014. And Pakistan also once the Taliban take over. It looks to be a bumpy ride.

In that scenario, I would suppose that a missile shield would have to be put in place in South Korea and Japan, and then the U.N. would have to take action to account for and confiscate any nuclear weapons produced by North Korea (I'm not an interventionist, but nuclear terrorism is unacceptable), and North Korea's nuclear weapons production facilities would have to be decommissioned (by air strike, if necessary).

Wait, I missed something. Are we Japan?

No sale on the global economy tidbit. It is a red herring. Economy != military interventionism

Nothing. Let countries deal with their own problems. The most we should do is shoot the missle down, that is it.

P.S. 2012 Is not the end of the world according to the Mayans, just an end of an age.

Lol, I agree. That would be a waste in more ways then one . If someone was going to use nukes on the U.S. it would be a populated city or a strategic location.

That would be the end of North Korea and the beginning of a unified Korea.
