Abu Ghraib abuse photos 'show rape' - Telegraph

If raping one teenage terrorist saved just one American life... I think it's ok. Otherwise the terrorists win man.

""At least one picture shows an American soldier apparently raping a female prisoner while another is said to show a male translator raping a male detainee.

Further photographs are said to depict sexual assaults on prisoners with objects including a truncheon, wire and a phosphorescent tube.""

Brought to you courtesy of the Bush Administration, GOP Rubberstampers, and right wing voters.

The problem with leaking the photos is that the story becomes that this is how the US routinely treats the people it captures versus the truth, which is that these people were prosecuted. Why do we need to see them? It happened; people were prosecuted as they should have been. The only reason for the pictures to be shown is to bash the rest of the military for what some criminals did.

As a vet who deployed for both Iraq and Afghanistan I think this is sad. This is a clear violation of everything a US Serviceman is about. They were wrong to do it and deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Keep the pictures from public view, they serve no purpose except to give the terrorist more propoganda material.

What? No pictures of people being beheaded?

We charge those who commit crimes. <----That is the story that will not be reported.

Wow, man. One picture on this site, showing a human (man or woman cannot be determined, actually not even a human can be determined, could be a manikin) dressed in the now-too-familiar orange jumpsuit with a black covering over the supposed head, and the silhouette of a barking dog on the wall. Good photoshop, I'd have to say.

I won't make any determination of rape or abuse or anything else without proof positive. Put up, or shut up. Anything posted for propaganda will work on the majority of idiots. Everyone has the right to remain ignorant.
