Dude, they don't have to be openly pro-White. They only have to breathe. The court is owned by white males.

Tit for tat, cite a racist legal opinion authored by Sotomayor.

The question is not even relevant. White men don't need to have their policies promoted any more than is already happening; and their experiences, thoughts and contributions are already considered the baseline for existence.

White men have everything they need. It's everyone else who needs advocacy.

I cant stand his wife. But there is no way you can say she's a racist. She married a half white man!! SHE MARRIED AND HAD CHILDREN WITH A HALF WHITE MAN!!!!

How many of your Klan buddies would marry a half black woman and have kids? Same thing. Its just something racists dont do.
Michelle married a half White man who looks more Black than White. That is why nobody considers them to be an interracial couple.

Their marriage would not have been considered illegal if they lived in the South during Jim Crow.

Oh, let's not just restrict ourselves to the South. Miscegenation laws were common all over the United States until the 1960's. States didn't just restrict themselves to black/white intermarriage either.

There were never any laws that prohibited Mulattos from marrying Blacks.

Simply because there was no difference between the two, legal or otherwise.
