That's our pres.. Slap us in the face. Sobering stats.
These are sobering statistics that were totally disregarded by Obama. He's so eager to make a personal impression, he has forgotten that we have BEEN friends for a very long time with a lot of the world.
Subject: Our Nation's Arrogance
I heard our president apologized to some European powers for our nation’s arrogance.
Here are the top 20 reminders of our past arrogance toward Europe ….in alphabetical order.
Something to think about this Memorial Day.
1. Aisne-Marne , France . 2,289 of our military dead.
2. Ardennes , Belgium . 5,329 of our military dead.
3. Brittany, France. 4,410 of our military dead.

I'd guess (no telepathic link to the president here) that any apologies were targeted at the last 8 years more than anything else.

Would your thinking have anything to do with the fact that during those 8 years we were once again fighting their battle with Islamists, this time? We are doing that today just as in the past 8 years. Would he be apoligizing for continuing the fighting in Afghanistan? Surely not.

That grouping of battles we won for them came around before the holiday, though. If you don't hear from anyone who is not progressive you may have missed it. I didn't.

The OP is great for riling up an already committed base, but I see no logic nor argument.
The number of WWII casualties is irrelevant to any mistakes we may have made as a country. You may as well use the number of dead Union soldiers to absolve us of admitting the wrongs of slavery.

So this was a copy/paste e-mail? You know, I was busy last Memorial Day weekend. My daughter got her doctorate on Friday of that week, and my niece got her BS. We did put up a flag to memorialize my parents, both veterans of WW II (did not die in service, however), and my DH's uncles, also WWII vets (D-Day). If I had been in Pennsylvania, I would have put a flag on my parents' graves.

If by their, you mean the last administration, sure.

Liberalism 101, If you can't come up with an intelligent response bash Bush to draw attention away from the fact that you don't have an intelligent answer.
Name the alleged harm.....
