Hmm, I don't have a lot of money, so I go to local establishments, I do not fly hundreds of miles to go to exotic places. 0bama can satisfy himself with the local entertainment of Washington, just like everyone else who lives there.
Where did you dine at the last time you went out to entertain your friends, spouse etc...? I'll bet you never thought that catching a movie or a show involved flying in a jet a few hundreds of miles. you probably reserved yourself to places in the local phone book directory.

Well lets look at this in a positive manner in that Perhaps, Maybe, Americans are fed up! Maybe this economic crises has changed our perception and we will no longer just let our entitled politicians do as they please with OUR money.
Maybe Americans realize the American Government is not bailing out anything- The American people are the ones doing the bailing out. Because without OUR money the Government does not have dogcrap to hand out to their friends on Wall St and in the UAW.

It does not cost that much for a fleet of Limo's to run down the streets, it cost that much to drive to the Airport.
The Jets are very expensive and the costs were much higher than the stated costs. They were more than likely stated as a "Per Head" instead of total, which would be through the roof.
The cost of the secrect service is null, because they are on duty 24/7 already, they just get to go for the ride and it costs more to take them for a flight than a car ride as basic transportation.
