Monday's hot topic on right wing radio? (middle east, Israel, Obama)

Any bets on what it will be? The way I see it Rush and all the little "Rushwannabes" have a smorgasboard of topics to pick from on Monday, all of them good for Democrats. Here's some of the possible topics:

1. Shooting of the abortion Doctor in his church. Rush won't be able to not talk this up and of course he'll come off as he typically does, in favor of murdering anyone who disagrees with his patrons.

2. Obama's trip to NYC. I wonder how the cost of that trip compares with GWB's almost weekly trips to Crawford? I'll check the tape and see how many times Rush complained about those trips. I'll bet it wasn't many!

3. The upcoming trip to the Middle East. Hmmm, probably one of the most tension filled places in the world, Egypt was the first country there to make peace with Israel and they are a bit of a power broker. Sounds like a good time to go.

4. Continue to play up the discredited "Sotomayor is not smart", "she's a bigot" etc.

5. Any other topics that I've missed.

I consider any of these to be net plusses for the Ds. The more he beats these tired drums the more clingy the ever weakening right wing fanatics get, and the more "tribal" they get. There were people on here shouting down John Cornyn the other day for being a RINO. Every day, in every way the hard right is making it more difficult for moderates to play along with them.

My great grandfather saw the end of the Whigs and the rise of the Republicans. My grandfather saw the rise and fall of the Progressives. I'll get to see the Republicans destroy themselves and be replaced by.....?
