It makes me happy that people want to come to the United States to flee oppression. It makes me proud to live in a country knowing that millions of people worldwide aspire to come here. On the flip side, I have no use for those people that come here and complain. Either you like it or you dont, but if you don't, it's time to get out.

Only the people who were born here can complain?

If that's what you want to call it, sure, why not. If a family begins to compare the United States to a country like Iran, then yes, I am an advocate for that family packing up and shipping out.

That doesn't seem logical. What countries is it okay to compare the United States to?

Well for one thing, not Iran. Maybe you think so but that would be pretty ignorant of you! I may agree that after Obama is done with us......

Ok, which Western first world nations are even having a debate about torturing people?

Isn't it the criteria that's being used as a basis for comparison the issue, not the items being compared?

And why is that? Don't like free speech? Or apt comparisons?

Or do you not like foreigners that are educated and speak their mind? Do you not like immigrants and their kids that have seen some bad **** and would like this country to become better than that. Seriously, your opinion is invalid since you have, time and again, shown yourself to be pretty damn xenophobic and against a lot of principles this country was founded on. Sadly it took a first generation immigrant to enlighten you of that fact.

The one that is the #1 target of Muslim terrorist. And just in case you did not realize the obvious it has nothing to do with alleged torture. It is because we are everything they despise and we have been forever whether we have had a Democrat or Republican in the White House.

Oh Johnny, one last question because I'd like to determine how racist you are.

Should only me and my family leave, or should the other 40 some odd percent that think our gov't openly torturing is screwed up leave as well?
