Federal authorities in Utah are searching for a man who allegedly made threats against President Obama.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Daniel James Murray, who allegedly said he was part of a mission to kill the president, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney in Salt Lake City told ABC News.
The Secret Service is looking for a New York man, Daniel James Murray, who made a five figure withdrawal from a bank and then said that he is going to kill President Obama. He is driving a blue 2001 Buick LeSabre with the license number ERL 1445.
He is also reportedly possibly carrying eight firearms on him, so if you see him, call 911, preferably from a land line. His pic is in the linked article.

I wouldn't worry much about this. Worry about the guy that does not anounce his intentions. obama is surrounded by secret service.
I agree with you. Every threat should be taken seriously, but it's the dude that has no friends and a sniper rifle that is the hidden threat. This guy announcing his intentions will more than likely be caught doing something stupid like speeding or running a red light. He'll never get close is my guess, although it should be taken seriously.
