Because Scott Roeder's actions fall within the category of domestic terrorism, and because he made a statement to the press that there were other such acts of domestic terrorism being planned in the U.S., WHY are those people who SUPPORT "Enhanced Interrogation Techniques" for terrorists NOT calling for such interrogation of Scott Roeder in order to try to find out exactly which doctors who provide legal reproductive services for women are "next" on the "list" so to speak?

"Enhanced interrogation techniques" is esoteric liberal lawyer speak for people who don't have the b*lls to call it what it is. Ironic that it's coming from self professed "conservatives", yet another irony (since neo-cons aren't conservative).

I don't recall that EHT was ever used on American citizens, nor will it be, so your point is as moot as it gets.

This makes NO sense..So, you agree with the practice but not on American terrorists? So Tim McVeigh would've been excused? Basically all American terrorists should be excused? If the bomb is America made, that's cool? Wow..Torture is not cool in any respects on any nationalities.

It makes total sense. Scott Roeder has Constitutional protection afforded to him as an American citizen. The three Al Qaeda terrorists did not.

A US citizen is protected by the US constitution
A US citizen has the right to not be treated cruelly or unusually.
A US citizen has the right to plead the fifth and remain silent
A US citizen is innocent until proven guilty
A US citizen has the right to face his accusers.

Furthermore, Federal domestic waterboarding is illegal under the 8th Amendment. State waterboarding is illegal under 14th Amendment section 1.

Apples and Oranges. Moot point.

I agree with following the law, and americans are afforded protection that terrorists are not. The fact that you think it "makes NO sense", is comical..no wait, its sad and pathetic..

And the fact that you needed to ask the question makes it even more pathetic than TANKs response..

Those who say Americans citizens are offered protections terrorists are not, don't forget about that when backed into a corner ala Jose Padilla.
