In a racially charged interview, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright said that President Obama hasn't spoken to him since they parted ways last year, because "them Jews aren't going to let him talk to me."

He suggested White House advisers were keeping the two separate.

Rev. Wright Says 'Them Jews' Won't Let Obama Talk to Him - Political News - FOXNews.com (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/06/10/wright-suggests-jews-white-house-wont-let-speak-obama/ - broken link)

And Obama said before that this man, Rev. wright was his mentor and called him his "uncle" and never heard him talk as a racist.....

Ole codger is irrelevant. Was not able to help his Protege and certainly not of any viable use to him now. So Bambo has thrown him under the bus, as he is wont to do with useless baggage. Huge liability. Phhttt...done with...used up....over and out.

Lol, he must be talking about Emanuel.

How disgusting: Faux's piece is "Rev. Wright Says 'Them Jews'..."; the piece they're taking from is titled "Rev. Wright says he doesn't regret severed relationship with president".

Wright said that when he went to the polls, he did not hold any grudge against Obama.

"Of course I voted for him; he's my son. I'm proud of him," Wright said. "I've got five biological kids. They all make mistakes and bad choices. I haven't stopped loving any of them.

"He made mistakes. He made bad choices. I've got kids who listen to their friends. He listened to those around him. I did not disown him."

[....] "Them Jews aren't going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter, that he'll talk to me in five years when he's a lame duck, or in eight years when he's out of office. ...

"They will not let him to talk to somebody who calls a spade what it is. ... I said from the beginning: He's a politician; I'm a pastor. He's got to do what politicians do."
It's too bad that this country's hysterical fear -- and inflexibility and incuriosity -- forced Obama to make the choice he made. "After the initial rounds of the controversy, Obama made his famous speech in Philadelphia on race relations, in which he said he could no more disown Wright than his own grandmother.

"But the issue heated up after more comments by Wright at the National Press Club and from other controversial speakers at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago. Obama eventually distanced himself from the church."

If it bleeds it leads....the fox title is more salacious than "distancing".
As it stands....it's not "faux" news they just lead with the juicier and more distrubing quote.

I can understand your concern though, it must be hard to face racism when it comes up where you don't want to see it....just blame fox news which while a crappy news source is just the messenger this time.

How hypocritical, as if the left-wing media doesn't sensationalize
Regardless, Fox did quote the man correctly.
