Is the Holocaust shooting getting too much coverage? Does the media overreact to anything that remotely involves Jews?
I think that the over-coverage of a crazy old man shooting a security guard in Washington DC today is utterly ridiculous.
What about the 10,000 children today that starved to death around the world???
Does the media overreact to anything that remotely involves Jews? Or was this old guy a serious and potentially catastrophic national security threat?

Why did you delete the " or am I overreacting" part? Because you are.

I don't get this...A black man is killed at a Holocaust museum....a white man did it...so what is the OP talking about....over reacting? Ohhh I get it, a shooting is normal to the OP....while hundreds of students, and other people were visiting a place is just a "normal" thing...why is the media reacting...I guess the OP is so used that the mainstream media is only reporting non sense....
The only one over reacting is the OP with this bad chosen thread....how about some compassion for the victims family...!

It is getting coverage for the same reason that a shooting at the smithsonian would get coverage, or the shooting of the army recruiter got coverage or the shooting of tillman got coverage.
Back away from the 'secret jewish cabal really rules the world' pipe you're smoking........

Again, remember where this shooting took place.
There was a death caused a a deranged old man in their shrine/museum, and now commerce, journalism and life in general has to come to a screeching halt on 6/10/09?
If it were anything other than a Jewish holocaust museum I bet there wouldn't have been half the coverage.

Yeah, you're right. No one ever mentioned the Pope's being shot. Or MLK. Or Dick Cheney's hunting partner.
It's all those hook-nosed semites we gotta watch out for. They're after our women and our precious bodily fluids.

The Pope, MLK, and Cheney are well known people. The security guard that got shot was not in the same league. You're comparing apples to oranges.

None of these people are fruits. They are -- or more accurately, WERE -- living breathing human beings.
Keep in mind that everyone who is murdered is in the same league.
The Dead League.

Usually it creates a bigger stir when a famous person is killed.
Not a security guard. '
If you dont agree with that statement, you are really living on cloud 9.
