Is this really an appropriate license plate for the government to issue? When I first saw it, I thought it was a joke. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

I just read that they're debating another religious plate in Florida. They sure love their religion down there, don't they?

I don't think its necessarily a bad thing, as long as they allow different types of plates for others.

I'll be shocked if they offer an atheist plate - or even a Jewish one.

If someone wants to proclaim his religion on his car, isn't a bumper sticker good enough? I don't think it's good for the state to profit from promoting religion or religious images.

Man, I would love to have this. Why is it unfortunate that they offer this? They should offer a blank plate for atheism.

Hardy har har.

I think it's unfortunate because I don't think the state should be in the business of profiting from religion or sponsoring religious beliefs. There's so many other ways to design specialty plates. It looks to me like they are promoting religion.

Isn't it disrespectful to have an image of Jesus on the rear end of an auto? Seems kind of sleezy and cheap.
