What exactly are you "just sayin?" I see no point being made. So what if he wasn't president last year? Does becoming president change one's views on Isreal? Does becoming president erase all memory of a trip one makes to Isreal?
Billy Graham and thousands of other people visited Israel last year too, but that doesn't mean it has anything to do with the point being made. Bypassing Israel as President is a much bigger statement. Sorry that point was lost on you.

I would ask, why is it today that so many people from the right in America are such strong supporters of a state founded upon liberal tenets? I could understand why American evangelicals would support religious Jews and maybe even secular Jews, but it seems people can not distinguish between the Jewish state and the Jewish people. He should alsoexplain Hitler's self-hatred because 50% of Hitler's DNA was Jewish! The treatment of the Palestinians by Israel is the "moral equivalent" of the treatment of the Nazis toward the Jews.
