Politicians and other public figures, along with their families (like it or not) are fair game for comedians.

Palin lowers herself to Letterman's level (court jester, buffoon) when she sends verbal barbs his way.

Actually, I guess it's really not such a big step down for her, is it??

Yes, that's true but some very sexist poster thinks if a woman gets pregnant she's a W----....amazing.

Again, calling palin out for having the makeup of a floozy flight attendent - spot on. Making any mention of her children just wrong.
Bristol IS EASY....she just had a baby, at 17, without getting married...E A S Y !!!! DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's late night comedy, there is a reason why it is on late night! Besides, did not Bristol make the rounds talking how abstinance was not doable or something to that effect? I know she made a couple of appearances with Van Sustern, also her husband is a consultant to Palin from what I read. Like it or not, Palin did bring this all upon herself and her Daughter is a young adult now and therefore is open game. If Palin wants her family left in obscurity than they need to stay at home and let Palin make a fool of herself on the campaign trail. But this was never about Palins family was it? This is all about Palin and her ambtions it never was about anything else!

Which is still more then you can do. Look back at my posts on the subject. While it is fair to say that I doubt that Letterman meant the eldest dd, it in fact doesn't matter who he was talking about. I am only claiming that talking about any politicians children is wrong. Whether it is Obamas girls, W's girls, Clintons or the any of the rest it is wrong. I also think it is wrong to drag down the spouses of politicians, even the ones I didn't vote for.

Time for a tin foil hat tune-up.

If old buck toothed perv Dave talks about someone boning little Maliqua Obama, should he go into hiding and say no comment?

Weak. Most kids have sex by 17, most get lucky and don't make babies, that doesn't mean they are easy. Seriously, stick to picking on the mother, because picking on the daughter make you look either blinded by hate, dumb, or out of touch with the world.
