Not all, but many are. The ones who stalk around abortion clinics, aggressively harassing people as they walk in and out of the clinics are definitely domestic terrorists. And in many cases, the police do little or nothing to stop them.

Well....51% of Americans are "anti-abortion" (they want it banned). 51% of Americans are not domestic terrorists.
Now, there are extreme groups, but there are extreme anti-war groups as well, extreme ecoterrorist groups, etc.
