Did anyone ask Joe Biden's uncle, aunt, etc. (family) if he is qualiied to be VP? No. Women should be concerned about the double standard, and some of us are concerned.

Everyone knows the mainstream media was solidly behind Barack Obama, and there was way more negative stories told about the Palins than there was about the liberal canddiate. There are polls about it, and there are interviews on YouTube that show how differently candidates were treated, so there is no need for me to post links, when the maintream media love for Obama was flaunted openly and shamelessly. >**<

Fox was behind Obama? uhhhhhhhh ... no?

Sarah Palin got a whiff of the spotlight and she thinks it smells gooooooood!!! She's more of a celebrity than politician and she holds up her kids and shows them to the world and then gets the vapors when a comedian/late night talk show host makes jokes. And then it's their gutter mentality that makes it much worse. Sarah needs to sh** or get off the pot.

If you'll scroll further up the thread, you'll also find that I've already stated that I personally felt his joke was in poor taste.
He also did not say that it wasn't Willow until after the flap started. So who is to say what he really meant?

If this were true, then the "joke" would make no sense at all and be even less funny. What Letterman says after the firestorm is started is merely coverup. The contruction of the "joke" indicated that the daughter who was with Palin was the target. Letterman is a professional and does not make jokes that are unsupportable from the get go.

And you know which girl he meant, just because he says it? Letterman, that paragon of truth and justice? Yeah, right.

WRONG - his mother was pregnant when she married.

Just like Sarah was.

Just like Br...oh wait, Bristol didnt get married

Good Lord, it's not the same as "your own family". People joke about them because they're in the public eye -- deliberately so, since Bristol was sent out on that abstinence campaign (sponsored by Candie's btw, who used to make gold-standard slutty-flight-attendant shoes) and Sarah cant afford to go back to Alaska and govern because people would forget about her.

And -- you're not being hypocritical concerning jokes about public figures, are you, bentlebee?

Fox reported fairly... thus they were not behind any candidate.

If she's a celeb, who made her that way? There was nothing wrong with showing the world her kids since the very first liberal complaint about her was someone saying "omg she has kids...she can't be a politician" and judging her family by saying someone shld have gotten an abortion.

Sarah Palin is doing her job, but for some reason, ppl won't leave her and her family alone. I'm tired of ppl bi**ng about her. You all got your Obama, so stop taking swipes at a 14 yo girl. That's all I'm saying.

Did you even hear what David Letterman said? It was Letterman that made a direct sexual joke about a 14 yr old! It was HIS sick mind. As a parent Palin has every right to call him on it and we as parents have every right to call him on it and keep the pressure on. Children are being devalued more and more every day because of liberals!

You cant possibly be serious, saying that Faux wasnt behind any candidate. You couldnt be more wrong, and Faux themselves will tell you that.

"The very first liberal complaint"....

Sarah Palin is indeed doing her job, which is to keep the sheep riled up on the feeblest pretext.

The purpose of your post seems to be to insist that even in the face of all reality you intend to continue to believe that Letterman was joking about Willow.

How strange.
