YOU are off topic BUT:

Obama is the President!

He has NOT apologized.

He OWES us, his employers, contact /dialogue in any form we want. It's so much better than the quiet, secretive, furtive previous administration.

He isn't whining like the Sappy Simpy Sara!

Comedy has to have an element of truth to play off of, to be funny. There is no wit, nothing funny or humorous in that kind of joke about women, period - no matter what the age.

I haven't read through all the posts, but I can't believe Letterman is trying to make us believe that he would never joke about a minor child, but he would - and does - deliver raunchy jokes about a young (allbeit legally an "adult") 18-year-old.

Anyone who has had children knows that an 18-year-old is still in many ways a kid.

Besides, I object vehemently to making women the butt of raunchy jokes! Where is NOW? Letterman is not a comedian. What he did was evil.

Palin is, uh, prevaricating. Obama made that comment in response to all the nasty rumors about Bristol Palin being Trig's mother.

Palin needs to shut up! We have sent so many to their graves. Calling them adults to fight in the desert is awful.

But Sarah is blaming Obama, and has before. See below for the OP:

Hmmm, you whined and complained NON STOP when Bush was in office, and now you whine and complain anytime someone posts something negative about Obama. Sickening and transparent.

what about when rush limbaugh and john mccain both called chelsea clinton ugly? did they ever apologize? mccain apologized because he basically had to save face. there is clearly a double standard here. palin and her clan are clowns and deserve to be the butt of jokes.
