It was both that had to be passed "ASAP". With the stimulus it was because Pelosi had to catch a plane. Biggest slab of pork this country has ever seen and she's hurrying them because of a plane.....
This one should NOT be rushed through. There has to be a way to pay for it and not have loopholes for illegals.
We've waited this long for it..a thorough debate and the transparency Obama promised where bills go on the web for 5 days for taxpayer review is what we need.
