I don't eat pasta.

My husband had a stroke a couple of years ago. When you start checking into fat content of foods, Olive Garden turns out to be a favorite. For him it can be a matter of life or death, so yes, it is one of the healthiest restaurants we could find. It is just about the only place we eat out. Most of our meals are at home, so I know what we are eating.
