I agree. I guess it's fear of the unknown that keeps a lot of people from getting tested. Even if I were a heterosexual in a monogamous relationship, I think I'd still want to get tested at least once, just to reassure myself.

I am 100% and she's the same. We believe in keeping our house clean.

I don't believe that every person cheats. What I do believe is that some people do cheat without their primary partner knowing anything about it.

Not always but intravenous drug use and risky sexual activity counts for a majority of AIDS cases. Imagine how we can reduce AIDS by abstaining from these two risky behaviors?

Exactly. There's nothing wrong w/getting tested, I don't know why people are so offended about it. It's like they think people are accusing them of being dirty or something, it's just another example of fear & paranoia. My last boyfriend & I used condoms for months & even then we both went & got an aids test together. It's called BEING RESPONSIBLE people!!! Whatever, I'm done w/these fools. Anything & everything that comes out of Obama's mouth will be fodder for ridicule, no matter how inoffensive or smart it is.

That's why it's important to know and love your spouse as you would your self.

Expecting everyone to abstain from unprotected sex and intravenous drug use is completely unrealistic.

My friend knew & loved her fiancee of 7 years. Guess what? They broke up because he was cheating on her.

Yes and that means living a clean life. It does one's heart good to live clean even if there was no threat of catching a horrible virus like AIDS.

Maybe being in a monogamous relationship and rejecting an HIV test could be compared to getting married without a prenuptial agreement.
