The Denver post. Another Obama media propaganda tool. At least use a publication or media outlet with no agenda..middle of the road..impartial. Then I might consider it. Nice try, but once again..zero credibility.
Love this post. It shows the absolute ignorance about the Canadian or even any UHC that is posted on here by the anti-UHC brigade. The Obama Bashers will be here with the "This is Obama Talk" B/S.
UHC's work in every Country they have been implemented in. Is the absolute GREED of some Americans more Important than the Health of the Nation...Obviously it IS.

Indeed. It's a shame that more Americans don't spend some time outside of the US. If they did, the push for UHC would be overwhelming.

The term "work" is a very subjective term. How about UHC in Poland? Bulgaria? Slovakia?
It is not feasible to get France quality UHC or anywhere near this level in the US. We have too diverse a population and such a huge trade deficit, not to mention a very slothful, entitlement mentality population.
We will have UHC on par with the countries I mentioned earlier. Is this an improvement over the current system? Perhaps. FAR from an optimal system, however.
You just summed up over half the posters in this forum.
You can call foul on someone who immediately dis-miss something due to it's source and say all the right-wingers won't listen and just say it's Obama propaganda but as soon as soon as anything from FNC is cited just the opposite is immediately posted.
Great article. I myself am a staunch advocate of single-payer health care. Is it a coincidence that every developed country with a single-payer system ranks better in overall performance by the World Health Organization than the United States? I don't think so. I think it was a big mistake by Obama to not advocate single-payer. No matter what type of health care reform he advocates, the Republicans aren't going for it. He should have been pushing John Conyers' H.R. 676 all along.
